Job Type: Full-time

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Navigates and works with a procurement system implementation and design for the creation and transmitting of purchase orders, running open order reports, back-order reports, locating product substitutes, etc.
• Establishes standard supply lists/ templates with pricing for all commodities ▪ Works with clinics to set par levels and train them to order only what is needed
• Compiles reports for departmental, financial, and administrative review. ▪ Assists Finance with establishing annual supply budgets
• Researches, analyzes, and forecasts current and future usage trends for product bids ▪ Conducts regular bids via RFP’s or RFQ’s
• Conducts regular business reviews with primary and secondary vendors ▪ Manages vendor incentive and rebate programs and meets with sales reps as needed
• Makes recommendations to leadership for efficiencies and cost savings
• Works on special projects, new clinic construction, etc.
• Works with Accounts Payable for invoice resolution
• Recruits, interviews, hires, counsels and evaluates staff
• Attends vendor meetings and trade shows as needed to further SCI business interests
• Other duties as necessary

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
