The Logistics Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and logistics processes. This individual will be responsible for general administrative tasks, coordinating shipments, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and materials.
• Prepare shipping documents, such as invoices and purchase orders.
• Track shipments and address any delays or issues that arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
