Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at a food processing plant. The Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and food safety protocols. This role requires experience in the food industry and knowledge of HACCP principles.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify product specifications and identify any deviations
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines for food production
- Fabricate, package, and label products according to established procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
- Document production activities, including batch records, logbooks, and quality control reports

Experience:
- Previous experience working in the food industry or a food processing plant is required
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is essential
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards is preferred
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
