Skillforce is Hiring a Construction Safety Manager Near INDEPENDENCE, MO
Skillforce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Safety Manager to join our team in Idependence, MO. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing all safety protocols and regulations on our construction sites to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. This is a multiple month project.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pedestrian traffic.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to address safety concerns and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Identify opportunities for improving safety performance and implementing best practices to enhance safety culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction site safety management.
- OSHA30 (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25-$30 per hour
Expected hours: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours a week
