JOB DESCRIPTION

General Summary of the Position:

• Carpentry Helper
• Demolition and site cleanup.
• Groundwork

Abilities and Understanding

• Understanding of proper use of equipment, tools, materials & supplies. 
• Blueprint reading and understanding in relation to construction of wood forms
• SAFETY - Understanding and practice of.
• Being able to meet production budget and schedule while working independently.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor.
• COMMUNICATE - the ability to verbally elaborate on details.
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time and leave on time.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of General Construction Labor, prepping job sites, cleaning up construction trash and debris, carpentry experience 

COMPENSATION:

Based on proven work experience, work history, and knowledge of the industry.
