Commercial Plumber Responsibilities:

• Execute a wide range of commercial plumbing services, including installations, repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace various commercial plumbing systems.
• Outstanding ability to estimate materials, labor and equipment costs.
• Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls).
• Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, local codes and safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized work area, upholding the proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices.
• Present a professional appearance and attitude.
• Exemplify extraordinary customer service with professionalism.

Commercial Plumber Qualifications:

• 3 years Commercial Plumbing experience
• Healthcare setting experience a plust
• Must have valid driver license
• Must have own transportation and tools
• Must be within commutable distance

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 DOE
