Qualifications for this role include:

• 6 years of Commercial HVAC service experience
• Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and basic refrigeration knowledge
• EPA universal certification or the commitment to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights exceeding 8ft, and handle outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, adjust start/leave times, and participate in an on-call rotation
• Possession of basic hand tools and a tool bag
