Primary Responsibilities:
*Assist Superintendents as required
*Perform field work including measurements, photos, and other tasks as directed 
*Ability to interpret shop drawings and plans
*Basic carpentry, finish carpentry, ACT layout, door hardware, gypsum drywall, wood framing, steel stud framing, backing and blocking, roof parapet
*Coordinate and order material if necessary
* Ability to lift 50-100 pounds 
*Work nights or weekends for project as applies
*Keep job site organized and clean
*Follow Construction Building Standards
*Perform work in a safe manor & follow OSHA standards 
Qualifications/Requirements
*3-5 years experience
*Working proficiency in MS Software: Project, Excel, Word and Outlook
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to grasp analytical concepts and act upon them
*Ability to work with project detail without confusion or loss of perspective 
*Ability to multitask
*Familiarity with plan reading
*Detailed and organized
*Self-motivated and independent
*Team player
*OSHA 30
*Carpentry skills
Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
