Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our Approach
Are you a dynamic, data-driven BCBA who thrives on collaboration, evidence-based services, and a play-based, naturalistic approach? Do you have a genuine passion for working directly with children and their families while upholding the highest standards of service quality? If you resonate with these values, then we invite you to apply and become part of our tight-knit community of healthcare professionals at Skilled Therapy & Play Services Inc.
We are a dedicated team of OTs and BCBAs committed to bridging gaps, fostering education, providing neurodivergent-affirming care, and a whole team approach to empower children to reach their highest potential. Check us out and explore how we differentiate ourselves from traditional companies through our philosophies and treatments and discover what sets us apart.
In addition to our comprehensive in-home and community-based services, we also operate two clinics in San Carlos, and one in San Mateo. Our offerings include 1:1 services, social groups, camps, and inclusive community events.
Role
We are seeking an exceptional BCBA to deliver direct services to clients, primarily within their homes, schools, and daycares, with options for clinic services as well. Our ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years experience as a BCBA, though this is preferred, rather than required. We are an out-of-network private practice. This allows us to provide a personalized, client-centered approach to our services, free from the constraints often associated with insurance. Our clientele predominately falls within the 2-10 age range, and all services are provided directly by the BCBA.
At STPS, we prioritize achieving a work-life balance. As such, we define full-time employment as 30 hours per week, offering the flexibility for individuals to work up to 40 hours per week if they so choose.
Life at Skilled Therapy & Play Services, Inc
At Skilled Therapy & Play Services, Inc., we've cultivated much more than a private practice; we've fostered a thriving community where both our families and clinicians alike feel valued, understood, and connected.
Some of our clinicians favorite memories throughout the year include our holiday party, summer get-together, annual collaborative kick-off brainstorm, bowling league, Trunk-or-Treat, continuing education events, and "summer camp Fridays".
