RN Weekend Supervisor
Shift: Weekend, Saturday & Sunday
Licensure: Texas RN License is required

• The primary purpose of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Provides nursing care within the scope of practice of a registered nurse including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing and assessing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes.
