Primary Responsibilities
The Business Office Manager assists residents and their families with ensuring that current and potential residents are provided with financial options. Because this position involves working families and residents with sensitive financial information candidates must be able to build trust and have compassion for helping others. The Business Office Manager must have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable with managing account balances and utilizing spreadsheets.
Essential Functions
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience working in a skilled nursing facility at an Assistant Business Office Manager, Business Office Manager, Collections, or Billing.
Bachelor’s or Associates Degree is highly preferred, but not required.
At least 2 years experience with customer service.
