Visit www.skillsprout.com to learn more.Job DescriptionReport to Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) and/or Lead Line TherapistProvide direct services to Skill Sprout clients by implementing all programs developed and/or approved by BCBA’s. Programs include programs for increase of skills in addition to any Behavior Intervention Program.Programs implemented based on the Principals of Applied Behavior Analysis. Collect data during each session. If assigned to graph the data, it will be updated weekly.Prepare materials for programs based on specifications given by BCBA and/or Lead Line Therapist.Train other line therapist staff as directed by Skill Sprout Consultants.Attend all scheduled team meetings.Complete all mandatory trainings, including in the home trainings and online trainings.Participate in quarterly evaluations and feedback from supervisors. Complete all necessary paperwork as directed by consultants or administrative staff.Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when working with other Skill Sprout Staff, clients and families.Commit to and follow a weekly schedule with each assigned family. Report absences according to policy. Appropriately documenting all time and services on progress note. Progress notes are to be completed at the end of each session while in the home.Collaborate with all team members associated with clients. Direct all questions and concerns to supervisors.
