Job Details
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership to their respective team(s) to execute assigned delivery tasks
Mentor, coach and motivate team members
Own, supervise, manage, prioritize and communicate Day-2-Day tasking and schedule
Ensure GitLab is updated daily and accurately for agile tracking and team velocity
Report on status, risks, issues and blockers with program leadership (Technology, Processes, People)
Convey best practices, ideas, guidance and give recommendations to achieve milestones within scheduled timeframes
Ensure quality deliverables and outputs from team members
Support TEMs and weekly client-facing meetings involving your areas of expertise and communicate status
Stay abreast of relevant technologies and processes to best optimize teams
Act as the point-of-contact/liaison with other teams when those teams have questions about an area that your team owns
Capture feedback from team members to continuously improve
Here's what you need:
Bachelor's Degree, or 4 years of experience as a System Administrator/Technician or Cloud Engineer/Technician or Software Developer may be substituted for a degree
3 years of experience leading an IT support team
5 years of additional experience working in an IT team
