Skill Builders LLC, a WV Birth to Three Service Coordination Agency is looking for experienced Service Coordinators/Case Managers to provide dual positions of home visiting and virtual support to families in the WV Birth to Three System in the following WV Counties.

Monongalia, Marion, Hancock, Brooke, Berkeley, Jefferson, Harrison, Braxton, Nicholas, Webster

These service coordination positions offer the ability to work from home, with flexible hours that you schedule yourself, a great hourly rate, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families in your community.

These are dual service delivery positions which mean that services provided to families will be virtual as well as face to face in the family’s homes. These positions due require the availability to provide services to families during morning, afternoon, and evening times that you schedule yourself.

Minimum requirements:

· BA or higher degree, preferably in Psychology, Education or Social Work

· Would prefer case management work experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizations skills

· Excellent home internet

· Secure and private home office

· Childcare during home visiting AND virtual service provision.

· Reliable transportation and personal car insurance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
