```Job Overview:
Ski’s Sausage is looking for high energy and enthusiastic people with natural sales capabilities to join our farmers market sales team! As a Market Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their sausage needs. If you have a passion for being in the outdoors and selling the best artisan sausage products we want you! We have multiple Farmer's Market we attend in the Washtenaw and Livingston County area.

This will run for most markets May thru October.

$15/hour plus 5% commission on gross sales for the day

Duties:

-Setting up and breaking down vendor booth

-Markets run May thru October.

-Building relationships with customers and other market vendors
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing sausage varieties
- Discuss General Sausage questions
- Process credit card paymets, and cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep the booth clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling and retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of technology products, particularly wireless devices, is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash register transactions
