The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing department to enhance our visual communications. If you have a knack for transforming dense text into visually appealing content with graphics, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop compelling layouts and graphics for digital and print collateral, maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
  • Utilize expertise in layout design to enhance the visual representation of proposals and presentations, particularly in response to construction RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Transform lengthy blocks of text into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content by incorporating graphics, images, and other visual elements.
  • Create infographics, illustrations, and other graphical elements to enhance the overall presentation of written content.
  • Ensure consistency in design aesthetics, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all materials.
  • Leverage knowledge of the ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry to bring a nuanced understanding to design projects.

Graphic Designer Required Qualifications:

      • 5 Years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation.
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
      • Experience creating long format templates in InDesign, ensuring consistency and efficiency in document production.
      • Portfolio showcasing exceptional layout design skills and the ability to transform textual content into visually appealing designs.
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, design certification, or 8 years of equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
