The Facilities Technician is responsible for handling all day-to-day building operations and maintenance for the facility including direct liaison with clients, vendors, security and building management as well as the everyday occurrences in the office and to be able to make decisions accordingly.

Facilities Technician Required Qualifications:

• • • High School Diploma or GED
    • Three years of experience in facilities maintenance or manual work
    • At least 6 months of experience using electrical and mechanical tools
    • Must have a solid understanding of mechanical equipment
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
    • General knowledge of repair techniques required
