The Equipment Superintendent oversees equipment procurement, rental, repair, storage, dispatching, and inspections. He/she will be responsible for department budge creation and management, employee development, interdepartmental communication, process implementation and development.

Equipment Superintendent Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor degree preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of.
• 5 years equipment/ fleet management experience
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Background in inventory management, maintenance & logistics is a plus.
