A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD SERVICE GENERAL MANAGER

In this restaurant management position, you are vital to the continued success of our business. You keep brand standards as you manage all aspects of the operations of our establishment. Each week, you keep track of our inventory, putting in orders for any items that we're running low on. Attentive to detail, you create the schedule for each week according to the availability of each employee. If anyone calls out, you find someone to replace them, ensuring that all positions are covered. When new employees are hired, you skillfully manage their training. You take pride in the part you play as our team leader!
