Job Description
A busy Long Island commercial General Contractor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. We service Nassau, Suffolk and the 5 boroughs. This position will be responsible for estimating construction projects, including design, layout, and construction.
Qualifications
- Construction estimating experience (minimum of 5 years)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work with a variety of software platforms, including Sage, Microsoft Office, and Construction Management Software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Salary based on qualified experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
