Automotive Sales Associate
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
- Collaborate with sales management to meet sales targets and objectives
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with leads
- Ensure accurate inventory control and vehicle documentation
- Utilize cold calling techniques to generate new leads
Experience:
- Previous experience in outside sales or car sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
