What you will do:

As our Shop Floor Team Lead,you will help the Operations Teams by training, leading, and scheduling the Panel Technicians on the production floor where we make products that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources– Water! This position works in our Plymouth, MN location.

The job:

Every day, your primary role will be building and testing control panels. As the Team Lead, you will also assist with 5s, answering questions, scheduling, training, and coaching Panel Technicians. You will work with Test Technicians to assist with meeting deadlines and improving efficiencies in the testing area.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience building control panels. You must be proficient and comfortable working with computers and related software. You must be organized and work well with others.
