Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Janitorial Warehouse Supervisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Janitorial crew in a warehouse facility. (multiple positions available)
1st Shift: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday 530am-530pm
2nd Shift: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday 530pm-530am
Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of a team of Sizemore associates.
Conduct performance appraisals and address deficiencies identified.
Assists assigned sites with manpower issues to ensure that customer headcounts are kept at appropriate levels.
Provide direct supervision to staffing team ensuring all adhere to customer and company policies and federal law on hiring practices.
Interface with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems, escalating internally as needed.
Ensure employees meet all training requirements in compliance with Sizemore policy, customer policy, and state and local laws (if applicable).
Conduct on-site inspections of personnel and safety audits to ensure that contract compliance is satisfied.
Maintains documentation of account(s) and employee activities, issues, problems, and resolutions.
Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency of service.
Enforces Sizemores policies and procedures.
Additional duties assigned, as necessary.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Leadership experience required.
Ability to read, interpret and communicate policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.
Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.
Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Possess advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft office suite and ability to learn new software programs.
Working Conditions:
Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building.
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting.
