Job Description:

As a Store Manager your role will be to embody the Sixty Sixty vision and values with our customers. You will demonstrates leadership competencies such as clear communication, team building, thinking critically, collaboration, and driving results while styling our guests.

Your manager missions will be the following:

• Lead, inspire, and develop the retail team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and adherence to performance goals
• Direct daily business operations, ensuring the seamless function of the store and the best experience for clients
• Hire, Train, coach, develop and support store associates to perform in their respective roles with excellence to ensure a flawless patient/customer experience
• Remove obstacles and find resolution in the patient/customer experience when needed
• Uphold team accountability, offering constructive feedback, and facilitating continuous professional growth
• Utilize a keen sense of style to assist clients in selecting frames that cater to their personal style and functional needs
• Educate and interact with customers in a casual and conversational manner, ensuring an informative and engaging shopping experience.
