Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Comply with all The Great Escape Resorts policies and procedures.
- Assist Guests with general questions, and solve concerns in an appropriate manner.
- Provide team members with necessary tools operate efficiently.
- Perform troubleshooting procedures on registers and other related equipment.
- Maintain visual guidelines. Keep stores product stocked at all times. Complete daily and nightly checklist.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members
- Follow all delegated tasks assigned by Retail Manager and / or other members of management.
- Monitor and respond to changing needs of retail shops based on business needs.
- Communicate with Retail Manager store product needs and any improvements to operation yielding higher revenue and net profit.
- Coach and train New Team Members using the retail training guidelines.
- Assign job tasks to team members.
- Comply with labor and break guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
- For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be outgoing
- Ability to perform general mathematical calculations
- Ability to utilize cash registers and related equipment
- Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests in a courteous manner
- Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
Other Functions : All other duties assigned or necessary to support the resort as a whole.
