On Site Condominium Association Manager

We are a 12 story, 72-unit riverfront condominium built in 1981 in south Jacksonville searching for an on-site Association Manager. We offer a competitive salary ($50-$70k) based on your experience and skills, health benefits, paid vacation, holidays and PTO, as well as a comfortable working environment on the St. Johns River. Well qualified candidate should have: Current State of Florida CAM License 5 years' experience in site management

 Ability to guide and supervise on-site maintenance employees

 Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word

 Ability to clearly communicate with, and guide board members

 Be comfortable reading and explaining financial reports and organizing and participating in Board meetings
