Job Summary :

Handling daily operation (including weekends ) for the Employee Services Office, while maintaining accuracy of procedures, total compliance of guidelines for audits and meeting all standards within the Guest Service Mantra.

Responsibilities Include :

• Providing excellent service to Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor Arlington team members while meeting all standards of the Six Flags Mantra.
• Completing all daily tasks as required.
• Monitoring time system to ensure accuracy for in / out time, breaks, disputes etc.
• Monitoring fifteen year-old employees on a daily basis by enforcing compliance of state and federal laws.
• Overseeing attendance tracking for all seasonal employees.
• Assisting with wardrobe distribution.
• Maintaining files for all seasonal team members.
• Conducting employment verifications as requested.
• All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must possess :

• Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written with an emphasis on Customer Service.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with at least one year of park experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Must be able to commit to working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be Self-Motivated, detail-oriented and work well with all departments in a very fast paced environment
