This family is looking for the trifecta of loving nanny, proactive family assistant, and attentive educator! Their beloved Family Assistant is moving out of state and they are looking to fill her shoes with an equally as wonderful human to help raise their two boys and nurture their love for learning. Some skills that bode well with them are efficiency in time management, gentle caregiving, redirection, and a great deal of patience. A great communicator is also strongly desired! SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm once monthly date night, occasional overnight care and/or travel, Start Date: June 2023, Duration: Long term, I yr min to start. REQUIREMENTS: 3 yrs min childcare experience w ages 0-3, 3 yrs min of FT Nanny/Family Assistant experience, educational background, open to "non-toxic" - no waste lifestyle, no strong scents (child allergic to fragrance), dog friendly, strong communicator, knowledge of Montessori, proactive and self managed, health insurance offered.
