Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Processor to join our team in the fishing industry. As a Processor, you will be responsible for fish filleting, packaging, flash freezing and boxing up for guests to take back home on the airlines. This is a hands-on role that requires knife expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Perform fish cutting and packaging tasks according to established guidelines

- Prepare fish for cooking or serving, ensuring proper portion sizes and presentation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the processing area

- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the fish industry or culinary field is preferred

- Knowledge of fish filleting techniques and food preparation methods

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent knife skills

- Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor
