Siteworks Consulting, LLC is Hiring a Customer Service Coordinator Near Patchogue, NY

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to manage the operational and administrative functions of our client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming client calls/emails
  • Create & dispatch all work orders
  • Improve customer service experience to facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Coordinate daily services with vendors/technicians, facility managers & customers,
  • Following up with clients and projects daily and update internal systems accordingly
  • Maintain high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences
  • Assist the AP/AR department as needed
  • Handle job escalations
  • Manage all aspects of each job and are responsible for each service provided

Skills

  • Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone/email etiquette a must!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-active with the ability to think strategically
  • Organized & detail oriented
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Experience working with & managing sub-contractors a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
