We need a talented, self-motivated individual with the ability to:Source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including but not limited to market research, job boards, referrals, networking and cold callingMarket new and existing clients at a business to business level to obtain new job orders and manage the recruitment efforts of existing job orders Make 90 outbound calls and/or 3.5 hours of connect time conversations per daySpeak confidently with potential candidates, hold their interest in speaking with you and gather information Manage multiple job openings at onceEvaluate skills sets and match them to the appropriate positionManage the flow of resume submittalsUtilize and update our mature, industry specific databaseQualificationsJob Requirements: Experience in the Aerospace or Avionics or Defense industry experience.Sales RequiredExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Very strong follow up skills Team player with ability to collaborate with others Excellent planning and organization skills Drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive business setting Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong aptitude for building and managing relationships Professionalism is a must Must be outgoing and confident Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality Multi-tasking skills a must Ability to handle rejection and move on, must not get flustered easily Strong computer skills (to include MS Word and database experience)Previous recruiting, staffing, telemarketing, sales, retail, telephone, and database experience is a plus Additional InformationWe offer salary plus an excellent commission scale, plus great training and growth potential.
