SitePro Solutions is seeking an experienced commercial/industrial Pipefitter Superintendent for a contract-to-hire position with one of the top contracting companies in Phoenix!

The Superintendent oversees assigned projects, managing them through Foreman and other trade levels. They ensure field personnel comply with contractual obligations, plans, specs, and the General Contractor’s schedule. Monitoring project progress, they report to the General Superintendent and Project Managers. They enforce safety protocols and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Additional job responsibilities include:

• Coordinates project preplanning process, maintains schedules for all projects
• Interviews applicants for trade specific roles.
• Enforces company policies.
• Manages project teams to material/labor budget, forecasting and reporting
• Reviews field reports and distributes to management.
• Ensures tools and documents are provided for project completion.
• Trains field teams on planning, scheduling, and safety.
• Manages punch list procedure and project closeout.
• Coordinates with Fabrication Manager for fabrication opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of recent commercial/industrial experience
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
