Position Overview
Our Production Technicians help achieve world-class performance while contributing to and supporting the overall company strategy, performance, and growth.
Production Technicians ensure customer satisfaction by the assembly of products and providing outstanding workmanship.
What you’ll do :
- Build all assemblies / products according to Green Tech specifications with a goal of zero defects.
- Complete and test customer orders on a first in, first out basis unless instructed otherwise by the Production Manager
- Properly package for shipment completed assemblies and accessories. Check to be sure that orders are complete; i.e., ground rod, flow sensor, etc.
- Receive materials and check for accuracy; perform shipping as needed.
- Maintain production area and warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly manner daily.
Skills We Are Seeking :
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move 250 pounds with assistance
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable daily attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have a knowledge of basic electricity
- Must have a working understanding of all products provided by Green Tech
- Must have the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
- Must have a working knowledge of the UE computer system
