Welders- Mig & Tig Shift : 1st, (7am-3pm) Pay : $22 / hr (Based on Experience) Job Description :

• Good math skills required, i.e. converting fractions and decimals, basic algebra. Must be able to read a tape measure to 16ths of an inch.
• Works from blueprints and shop drawings to lay out miscellaneous steel such as railings, stairs, fences, window guards, gates, columns and steel stairs.
• Cuts, punches, and drills material as required.
• MIG welds steel materials such as tube, angle and channel, ranging from 16 gauge to ½ thick. TIG welding capability of brass, aluminum and stainless steel is a plus.
• Grinds materials to high finish standards.
• Heavy lifting is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• This is not production welding. The fabricator takes the job from the blueprints through laying out the job, cutting materials, welding, grinding and finishing.
