Site Staffing is Hiring a 1st shift Inventory Control Coordinator Near Brown, WI

The schedule is Mon - Friday with two options:
* 7.30am - 4.00pm
* 6.00am - 2.30pm
$17.00- $18.00/hr BOE
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, receive and put away inbound shipments of raw materials including resins, concentrates, repro, boxes, pallets and other production related items and QC returns.
* Complete all Finished Goods, Scrap and Raw Material inventory transactions.
* Intermediate and Raw Material housekeeping, organization, and inventory preservation.
* Inventory cycle counts, manual counts, and physical counts scheduled.
* Receiving, inventory transfers, material issue, material return to inventory.
* Prepare reports for safety stock and inventory gaps and maintain records of number of items.
* Coordinate with planning group, analyze all new product launches and manage inventory.
* Monitor all inventory issues and ensure effective resolution for all.
* Monitor quality of work in production department and maintain all product locations effectively.
* Prepare and analyze discrepancy reports in case any damage or loss in compounding dept.
* Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures and manage inventory for organization.
* Prepare and reconcile all daily cycle count processes and prepare reports within timeframe.
* Maintain and update inventory on regular basis and ensure accuracy of it at all times.
* Informs designated employees or departments of items loaded and problems encountered.
* Coordinates with Plant Manager on weekly/monthly inventory of scrap and resin.
Knowledge:
* Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, working in Excel, and managing files, and other office procedures and terminology.
Essential functions and abilities:
* Ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs. (frequently)
* Ability to stand and change positions frequently over an eight-hour period.
* Ability to work in environment that is extremely hot, humid in the summer months, and cold in the winter months.
* Must be able to operate machinery and pass a safety test for the operation of fork trucks. (frequently)

* High School Diploma
