As an Operator Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in various areas of bucket operation and tree trimming. This is a great entry-level position for someone interested in the growing field of tree care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced operators in performing bucket truck operations for tree trimming.
- Learn and apply proper techniques for tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Operate and maintain equipment such as bucket trucks, chainsaws, trimmers, and other tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of bucket operation and tree care is preferred but not required
- Interest in learning about tree trimming.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating equipment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
