We are looking for people to join our teams at both the Annandale and Centreville locations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Serve customers food at the counter
Skills:
- Bilingual applicants preferred (English/Korean)
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling and cross-selling products
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Familiarity with cash registers and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Phone etiquette skills to handle phone inquiries professionally
