Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as CT scans and gastric lavage
- Provide direct patient care in various settings, including acute care, behavioral health, and primary care
- Utilize electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner, for documentation purposes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clinical setting, including sterile processing and laboratory areas

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Extended hours
