Job Title : Hi CNA Kohala BigIsland
Location : Kapaau HI96755
Duration : 13 WeeksContract
Pay : $37 / hr on w2without any Benefits (Pay : Bi weekly)
Schedule : day eve night 8 hourshifts
Must be certified viaPrometric Hawaii must be able to work consecutive weekends 2 / 8s2 / 12 40 scheduled hours rotating shifts asneeded.
Facility : Kohala Hospital
Note : HOLIDAY BILLING Please noteholiday pay will only be paid if the shift BEGINS on the holiday.I.E. If shift starts at 11p on July 4 through 11a on July 5 theENTIRE shift will be at the holiday rate.
If the shift begins at11pm on July 3rd ending at 11a on July 4 (holiday) no holiday ratewill be assessed.
JobDuties :
- Providing greatpatient care.
- Answering patient calls anddetermining how best to help them.
- Providingphysical support for patients or residents with daily activitiesand personal hygiene including bathing dressing getting out of bedusing the toilet walking standing or exercising.
- Turning and repositioning bedridden patients.
- Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate dietby reviewing their dietary restrictions food allergies andpreferences.
- Obtaining a wide range ofinformation from physicians caregivers and nurses about patientconditions treatment plans and suggested activities.
- Measuring and recording food and liquid intake andurinary and fecal output and reporting changes to medical ornursing staff. Documentsrequired :
