Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify product defects or non-conformities
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in design reviews to ensure product quality and reliability
- Provide technical support to resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities and results

Skills:

• Drive APQP activities at suppliers
• Follow up with suppliers in part development in a timely manner.
• Evaluate PPAP documentation and align with Parker Quality requirements.
• Conduct onsite Supplier onboarding.
• Process and Product audits at vendor ends.
• Analyze quality issues at supplier end, work on RCA and corrective actions closure.
• Constant follow up with suppliers to ensure they support FAI, PPAP, etc. in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of PPAP, Supplier Audit, 7QC Tool, 8D, SPC, Gauge R&R etc.
