REAL ESTATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY (Hybrid). We are a Boutique Real Estate Investment and development Firm, specializing in, but not limited to: Multifamily Investments (Apartment Buildings), Spec Homes, and New Construction of various classes, & Luxury Development Projects with a stern potential of capital appreciation. Our primary investment strategy is to acquire, stabilize/develop, and manage.We are in the process of opening a Mortgage firm and Real Estate Brokerage. Need help with compliance, contracts, transaction review, and real estate heavy litigation as a plaintiff and defendant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Draft, interpret, and negotiate various real estate-related contracts including commercial real estate leases, purchase and sale agreements, licenses, consulting and service agreements, vendor and construction contracts, estoppels, SNDAs, and other ancillary real estate documents.· Required to have strong and proven experience in litigations, settlements, and complex matters.· Help manage compliance between multiple firms.· Provide advice and counsel to executive members of the company regarding corporate business matters, real estate issues, and other general legal advice.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS·

PROVEN LITIGATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.· A minimum of three to 5-8 years of legal litigation experience in the following area(s):· Real Estate Transactions, with emphasis with people trying to bite what they can chew from us· Business compliance· DRE & NMLS experience· Prior real estate sales experience helpful· Someone who is looking for a career not just a job.· Experience at a big law litigation firm is preferred. A lot of work in Real Estate heavy litigation, for both side plaintiff and defendant.

We are offering an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of an exciting and fast-paced organization.Some items that are included in the compensation, but not limited to:

$15,000-$25,000 Bonus Annually (based on performance)
Reporting directly to the CEO.
Monday - Friday Flexible 8 hours (Mostly Hybrid)

You must be a serious and strong litigation attorney, who will protect the companies, and help us grow. This is not a boring admin or transactional job, this is BUSINESS LITIGATION. We want to feel protected by our lawyer against any matters, so we can grow.
