Sales Representative
Position: Sales Representative
Reports to: Sales Manager
Status: full time (40 hours/week)
Pay: Salary Commission (Exact Amount Based on Experience and Accounts)
Sick Pay: 1 hour for every 30 hours works, up to 40 hours in a calendar year

Siren is a family-owned, OLCC-licensed cannabis production facility. We are committed to providing quality craft cannabis to the Oregon recreational market. Owners Matt Walstatter, Meghan Walstatter and Bob Conley have been working as entrepreneurs and cannabis activists for three decades. As leaders in the Oregon cannabis industry, their work has been broad and far-reaching, with an emphasis on authentic and inclusive business practices, fair and reasonable legalization laws, and conscientious cultivation and use.
As a Siren Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell all brands of flower grown by Siren to existing retail accounts and to develop new retail accounts. You will also collect payments and bring them to the bank, provide marketing support, attend events, and work with the management team to optimize Siren’s production schedule, pricing and product allocation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must be 21 years or older
· Valid Marijuana Workers Permit
· Valid Driver’s License
· Reliable vehicle
· At least 1 year of experience selling cannabis to retailers in Oregon’s regulated market
· At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
· Willingness to work flexible hours with some weekends required
· Team-oriented
· Organized and self-motivated
· Punctual with good attendance
RESPONSIBILITES:
· Generate new leads and convert those leads into sales and ongoing relationships
· Make sales to existing retail accounts
· Provide support to and manage existing accounts
· Properly log and track all sales related data
· Create, send and manage invoices
· Collect cash and check payments
· Occasional bank deposits as needed
· Represent all brands with equal effort and competence
· Work with Sales Manager to set pricing and allocate product among the various accounts
· Provide input to Sales Manager regarding production schedule based on knowledge of pricing and market trends
· Provide input to the Office Manager regarding order of trimming and packaging
· Represent all Siren brands at special events
· Deliver products and collect payments
· Other administrative and logistical tasks
· All other duties assigned
