Sir Lines-A-Lot provides pavement markings on roads and parking lots throughout Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Iowa. Our company has recently grown to 100 employees, and we are looking for an individual to join us on our Operations team. We have locations in MN, WI, SD and IA. This position will be in our Edina, MN office.

This role will provide support to the Fleet Manager, EHS Lead, and Operation Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with or perform all basic maintenance on fleet and various equipment.
• Assist with crew preparations.
• Organize and clean the shop/work area.
• Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
• Clean/detail equipment.
• Support Operations in month inventory counts.
• Maintaining safety compliance in the shop and yard.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be able to safely operate pickup truck/company vehicles.
• Strong desire to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Proactive and able to organize and prioritize tasks or projects.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and written and provide clear and detailed information.
• Be flexible with changing decisions as the business demands.
• Friendly, positive outlook, and show initiative and commitment.

Experience/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Forklift experience preferred
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
