Sioux Area Metro is Hiring an Utility Worker Near Sioux Falls, SD

Utility Worker Starting wage pays $21.70 per hour. Should have some knowledge of HVAC, carpentry and plumbing. Will clean buses, buildings and bus shelters; maintain buildings and grounds. Job duties will be explained at interview. On-the-job training is provided.

Licenses Certification: Valid SD driver's license and ability to acquire a class B CDL, with air brake & passenger endorsement upon training. Desired Skills: Janitorial cleaning, general yard work and light building maintenance skills; excellent health.

Description: Requires a valid SD driver's license and ability to obtain a Pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check required: NO FELONIES AND VERY CLEAN MVR, no DUI / DWI or reckless driving convictions, and no more than 2 speeding tickets. Minimum age 21. Shifts are bid by seniority.
