Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Project Manager to join our team. As the Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring successful completion within budget and on schedule. Duties:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control
- Monitor project progress and performance using lean and earned value management techniques
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Utilize Confluence for project documentation and collaboration
- Implement process management methodologies to streamline project workflows
- Lead program development initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize various tools such as Smartsheet and Project Server for project planning and tracking
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during project execution
- Implement Kanban principles for efficient task management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of construction management experience in a site-based environment
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and earned value management techniques
- Proficiency in read collaboration purposes
- Experience in process management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability in program development initiatives
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
