We are seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal (minimum 2 years) to join our legal team. ***MUST BE BILINGUAL: Speak and write Spanish. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of a personal injury case. Must be able to work independently and able manage cases with little to no supervision.

Duties:
- Case intake and management

- Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks

-Communicate with insurance company, adjusters and medical providers
- Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and filing documents

-Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, insurances companies, adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel

- Assist with depositions, trial preparation, including witness coordination and document management

Skills:
****MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF PARALEGAL PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-Strong knowledge of personal injury and legal procedures
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using legal case management software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Project management skills to effectively handle multiple cases simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
