Put your communication skills to work! Our Admissions Representatives are the first significant contact that most of our clients have. This full-time position located in our Dixon Office communicates with clients primarily over the phone gathering demographic information and other information necessary to schedule appointments and verify benefits. Computer proficiency is key as is an excellent ability to engage clients. Social service and/or health care experience would be very helpful in this position.
Requirements
Hours are Monday-Friday; 8:00-5:00. Tuesday and/or Thursday evening hours may be included in this position. This is a hybrid position with remote working conditions.
It is important that the applicant has the desire and personality for working with the behavioral health population.
Qualifications: Requires clerical experience in a confidential setting, good keyboarding skills and an excellent customer-focused attitude. High school diploma or GED required.
Job Type: Full-time / Dixon Office
Pay: $18.13 per hour
