We are currently seeking a Full time and Part time Time Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be based in Haywood County, NC.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SCHEDULING ANY DAY OF THE WEEK

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Promote and upsell products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer interactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating transactions accurately
