Single Source Disaster Recovery Specialists is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Warwick, RI

  • Perform initial inspection with estimator to determine scope of work, obtain photo documentation & work authorization.
  • Identify and establish specific risk factors and possible issues then prepare and mitigate them to ensure construction can go smoothly. (ie possible code upgrade, rot, etc)
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers and architects as needed to prepare accurate estimate.
  • Communicates with adjuster and answers questions to obtain estimate approvals.
  • Upon agreement/approvals Conveys project scope to client and expectations/requirements.
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis and determine specific job needs to prepare game plan/timeline.
  • Responsible for ensuring project complies with all safety and building regulations.
  • Liaise with local authorities to obtain permits for project.
  • Coordinate material purchasing and delivery with vendors and suppliers.
  • Hire/schedule subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with department manager and implement schedules for workers and subcontractors.
  • Provide direction to lead carpenters with a clear scope of work and communicate expectations. Includes determining type of tools/materials needed to ensure crew has correct set up for success in daily assigned projects.
  • Report project progress to client and upper management.
  • Perform quality control inspections & final walk throughs to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is signed and on file.
  • Collect payments and deductibles if applicable
  • Ability to review and finalize estimate (in conjunction with the estimator) while determining if any supplements are needed to be submitted prior to submitting for final invoicing.
  • Capability to utilize industry software,
  • Experience with Xactimate preferred but not required.
  • Salary Commissions of up to 5% of net profit on jobs handled when paid in full. Total Compensation of $100,000-125,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time
