SINGH & SINGH Distribution, NJ are looking for full time Office Assistant & Data Entry Clerk. They need someone who can work with the manager as well as with other office staff to ensure constant workflow.

Duties consist of :

• Prepare and update records and database in Quick Books & Excel.
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered.
• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Manage phone calls, correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and calendar.
• Assist in administrative support to the logistics, shipping, or transportation department.
• Paper management.
• Multi-tasking
• Time management
• Take attention to detail.

Qualifications :

• Must have basic to intermediate level of knowledge of Word & Excel.
• Basic knowledge Quick Books.
• Office timing 8 to 5 pm., Monday to Friday.
• Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.
